Novados Swim's operating office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. Any  messages received outside of operating hours, will receive a response the following business day.

Where do you ship?

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Novados Swim. Our third party vendor, USPS, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.

Can I track the status of my order?

To check the status of your order or track your package, please enter your UsPS tracking number at: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input

How long before my package arrives?

*Please Note that shipping duration begins AFTER all pieces in your package are complete. Because our crochet pieces are Handmade, processing times may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to complete the designs. An email will be sent upon completion that includes an update for when your items are being shipped.*
