Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with Novados Swim. Due to each piece being handmade, exchanges for your unworn/unwashed items within 30 days of the delivery date will be accepted for items that have manufacturer defects or a size exchange for the same item /items of equal or greater value. All exchanges will be accepted upon meeting the following guidelines:
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
- Merchandise must have all tags and liners attached and returned in original packaging.
- Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. Soiled garments will be returned to you.
- PLEASE NOTE: Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
- Clearance items are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
You may request a return for most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Acceptance of your return will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and Novados Swim is not responsible for return shipping. Novados Swim will provide return shipping labels if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) and the return request is received within the 30-day time frame.
Returns after 30 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and will result in a store credit. You should expect to receive your store credit within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive it sooner. All return requests after 30 days will not receive a complimentary return label, and will be the customer's responsibility.
30-Day Refund Window
This time period for a full refund includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with RETURN and your ORDER NUMBER in the subject, as well as any details you feel are important about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. We do recommend sending your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.
Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier bar codes from package. Once we receive your return package, please allow 7-14 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed with your store credit information.
